There are two meeting/reception areas available in the parish centre and a larger room in the undercroft. They are available for community, welfare, education and service groups for meetings. They are  available for receptions after weddings, funerals or other occasions as required. The Undercroft area is suitable for functions up to 100 people seated or approximately 75 people as with tables and chairs. 

The area is equipped with full kitchen facilities

The Hollindale and Shepherd rooms are two rooms of equal size, which are separated by an operable wall, which when opened provide a comfortable meeting room for 30 - 40 participants. 

Each room has a separate entrance, and kitchen facilities.
